Join us on Friday 11th December 2009 fr Children & the Arts’ Christmas Carol Concert - a programme of seasonal celebrity readings, carols for the whole audience to sing and music from a range of artists. Children & the Arts Ambassdors Ronni Ancona and Penelope Wilton along with John Sessions are already selecting their readings with others still to be confirmed. Watch this space!
Music will be provided by Collegium Musicum of London and Francis Holland Junior School Choir amongst others. The concert will raise money to support Children & the Arts’ work removing barriers so that all UK children, irrespective of circumstance, can discover the arts as a valuable and enjoyable part of life.
The concert will be hosted by the magnificent St James’s Church, Piccadilly, designed by Sir Christopher Wren. A wonderful start to the festive season.
