Calling all Londoners...
On Saturday 3 October London for London is uniting the capital by inviting anyone stepping out to enjoy its clubs, bars and pubs to part with a pound to help combat anti-social behaviour amongst young people. The new charity hopes to mobilise 1 million donors by asking people to do what they do anyway, enjoy our great city’s nightlife!
We are looking for 1,000 volunteers...and want you to be one of them. This is your chance to be part of London's largest leap.
On 3 October, your mission is to:
-Meet at the specified central location (TBA). Shhh it’s a secret.
-Pick up your free t-shirt and collection bucket. Style it up with your own accessories.
-Find out what bar, club or pub you’ve been assigned to. Maybe Boujis or Cargo?
-Head to your location, smile huge on the door and collect £1 from everyone that night. Simple!
-Cheeky pint or two given out by the venue you're assigned to and you're a part of the biggest night out for 3 amazing causes.
Proceeds go to Kids Company, Volunteer Police Cadets and Help A London Child.
It's time to get out there and have a good time doing good. More details to come via email from the London for London team after you join the Leap.

I was at The Three Greyhounds opposite Leap HQ, got my bucket grabbed by a drunken woman who started selling kisses for donations. I tried the same tactic, not as successful as I was hoping.

Oh, and just to chip in on the Men Vs Women debate, I wasn't even collecting but managed to get felt up by a middle-aged gentleman whilst filming an interview. So the moral of the story is... ermm, hmm. That Soho is still Soho?

Great work on Saturday everybody. Apologies that not everyone got their moment in the limelight (well, the camera light; the only limes involved were in the cocktails we had later on) as we only had so much time to cover so many venues! Some incredible hauls by some of you. My favourite method of the night simply has to be the Magic Eight Ball technique displayed in the video below.

Hey everyone! Yeah Sat night was great fun - tough but fun. I was at Zebranos in Carnaby St. As many said, I found the men a lot more charitable than the women. I did have the cutest family come in and put a rather nice note in my bucket :) The staff were all lovely and let me go between working outside and inside. Chris, glad you liked my Magic Eight Ball! It worked rather well - people asked some rather interested questions (they were really taking the magic eight ball serious, haha!). Great night overall! Can't wait for the next one :)
